Genton Content Creation Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2025

Genton leverages Generative AI to help users create images and virtual model content. Users must comply with the following content policy when using the service. Creating or distributing content that violates this policy may result in restricted access to the service or lead to legal action.

Prohibited Content

Users must not create or distribute the following types of content.

  1. Promotion of Hate or Violence
    • Expressions that defame or incite hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or similar characteristics
    • Images that imply or promote violence, threats, abuse, or physical harm
    • Content that glorifies or encourages self-harm, suicide, or substance abuse
    • Content that endorses terrorism, armed groups, radical ideologies, or incites violent acts
  2. Sexual or Pornographic Content
    • Explicit sexual depictions, pornography, or content created for sexual stimulation
    • Images that depict nudity, sexual acts, or sexual innuendos
    • Any content that sexualizes or implies the sexualization of minors or children (strictly prohibited)
  3. Disinformation or Misleading Content
    • Content based on false information that misleads others or causes misunderstanding about critical topics such as healthcare, climate, law, or elections
    • Content that distorts the appearance of specific individuals (including real people) or uses deepfakes and other techniques that may cause confusion
    • Synthetic imagery that blurs reality and fiction in ways that damage reputations or create confusion
  4. Intellectual Property or Portrait Rights Violations
    • Content that may infringe on others' copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or other IP
    • Content that reproduces or exploits a third party's likeness, image, or publicity rights without permission
  5. System Abuse or Other Improper Requests
    • Attempts to deceive, bypass, or exploit the AI system
    • Uncontrolled requests, mass generation, or other actions that overload the system using automation tools
    • Any other content requests that violate the Terms of Service

Sensitive Content Requiring Caution

Depending on sensitivity, the following content may be restricted or require prior approval or special conditions.

  1. Content with partial nudity in advertising, fashion, or artistic contexts
  2. Content with outfits, backgrounds, or poses that may be misunderstood in religious, political, or historical contexts
  3. Virtual model generation based on celebrities or identifiable individuals

Responsibility for Generated Content

  1. Users bear full responsibility for all content they create. Genton is not liable for legal disputes or damages arising from user-generated content.
  2. The company may, without prior notice, restrict service use, suspend accounts, or pursue legal action against users who violate this policy or applicable laws.
