A refund is available within 7 days of purchase if credits, retouch tickets, and model generation tickets have not been used. After 7 days, refunds are not available even if the purchased credits or tickets remain unused. If it is difficult to spend credits or tickets due to unavoidable reasons, you can request an extension via 1:1 inquiry or through your point of contact. If a refund is required for unavoidable reasons, the refundable amount will be calculated by subtracting the list price of used credits, retouch tickets, and model generation tickets from the payment amount.
